This half-day, live program addresses the critical leadership skills of Strategic Judgment and Leader Humility. It examines the impact of personal choices in Goal Emphasis, Learning Orientation, and Self-Investment on advancement. Members learn how to clarify their leadership aspiration and how to demonstrate needed competence. [Member fee: $500]
Stand Up Your Success
This half-day, live program covers often neglected Success Behaviors, such as Power Aptitude, Executive Presence, Candid Conversation, and Personal Agency. Members learn how to handle/push back on inappropriate comments, keys to sustaining respect as a leader, and tactics to ask for and secure what you deserve. [Member fee: $500]
Mastermind Coaching
Group sessions are expert-led for 90 minutes with instruction and practice. [Member fee: $250 per class] Coming classes:

Emphasizes tactics that are critical to advancing in leadership, including growth mindset, learning orientation, and goal emphasis. Strengthening these increases executive confidence .
Amplify Your Advancement Opportunity
Provides a strategic review of key elements leading to womens’ leader advancement, including time, relationships, goals, and power, Members assess situational strength and how to leverage their capabilities.
Step Up Your Executive Confidence
This session further strengthens the inner game for advancement. It focuses on executive presence and self-agency, while providing further practice and feedback. These competencies significantly increase leader confidence.
Engage Your Advancement Power
Helps you develop behavioral and conversational tactics to avoid being side-tracked or overlooked for advancement. Members gain specific techniques for self-advocacy that support others’ dignity while ensuring they are taken seriously.
